Mugi Shop - Returns Policy

If you should have a problem with any of the products in your order, please contact us immediately and we'll arrange a return and replace/refund process. You can email us at yvette@mugi.co.uk or phone on 01484 685305.
Please state the details of your order and your reason for wishing to return the goods.

We guarantee that any products we send out should be free from manufacturing defects and that any damaged caused to them during transit will not be due to our packaging standards.

If, for example, your twinwall sheets are severely damaged during transit, we will normally arrange a replacement pack and then pursue any claims via the Post Office ourselves so that you don't have to.

Please note that in some circumstances, you may be required to to pay any return shipping costs.
