Nipple Link
A useful plastic nipple link connector housing a brass, drilled ferrule for taking 2mm carbon rod, steel bowden cable, up to 16SWG (0.64") piano wire etc. Note the internal brass ferrule is actually drilled to a fractionally larger 12AWG (0.078") so the plastic shroud will need slight centre end hole relief. Use a suitably sized drill bit depending on what you are inserting down this end hole.
Instant adjustment by slackening the hold on the inner 'rod' using the M2 brass 7mm slot head screw; it's centre is 7mm from the plastic end. An obvious use is for securing a throttle cable.
Sold as a pair.
Diameter is 6mm and overall length 25mm with a 14mm opening slot, an easy 2mm width; pin is integrally moulded,1.5mm diameter and 3mm off the jaws end to it's centre line. Inside, from the pin face to the ferrule end is 21mm of room, less the arm thickness being moved. Weigh only 1.2g each.
