Bellcrank 90 Degree
A finely moulded white nylon bellcrank with the pair of arms at right angles - 90 degrees. Esch arm has three linkage holes and the intersection has integrally moulded reinforcing webs. The separately moulded bush has a central pivot hole. Supplied with a 21mm long threaded brass 6BA bolt with nut.
Nylon is 2mm thick and 6.5mm top to bottom at the corner; the bush itself is 8mm tall. Measures 29mm each way overall, pivots around the near 4mm bush and has standard 1.5mm clevis holes pitched at 16, 19 and 22mm throws. Bush and bell crank weigh 2g and the bolt/nut adds1g
The bellcrank holes take our normal clevises for an exact self-lubricating fit, thence to carbon fibre pushrods or the snakes. As an alternative the holes will also take the old 16SWG piano wire and joggle method, ideal for aileron controls within the wing. Indeed they are used on our ancient Pedro aerobatic glider for no-slop precision operation.
Sold as a pair of bellcranks, including the bolt and nut.
